Vintage B. Alman & Co Real Mink ? Fur Shawl 2 Pom Pom Buttonhole Closure

This is a vintage fur shawl with a unique closure of 2 "pom poms" that go into the 2 button holes. I am not completely sure this is mink - and only think so by process of elimination of other furs - so please consider that. It is real fur. The lining has some embroidered initials on it. There is also a small section of the lining that needs repair - the hem has come loose - but no actual damage to the piece. It''s in great condition.
