Vintage KJL FOR AVON Crystal Panther Torsade Necklace - Duchess of Windsor

Renowned jewelry designer KENNETH JAY LANE famously collaborated with AVON to produce KJL for AVON. This KJL for AVON necklace features the bold yet classic luxury style inherent to Lane''s signature brand. It is a prime example of the Statement Animal Head motif that KJL is known to favor heavily in his designs. In fact, his "big cat" pieces were inspired by the iconic Panthere pieces created by CARTIER for the Duchess of Windsor in the 40s & 50s.
