Vintage 80s-90s Patricia Wolf Western Crushed Velvet Concho Blouse. Features stunning crushed velvet fabrication in a stunning blue hue. Front button placket has Silver tone etched Conchos. Silver studded detailing, notched collar, & single button cuff long sleeves. Very light shoulder pads (see pic 5). Made in Texas. In very good preloved condition with minimal normal wear consistent with vintage age. Size medium. Approximate measurements lying flat: 21.5 from pit to pit & 27.5 length from shoulder to hem.
