Harley Quinn cosplay formal dress

Hand made formal Harley Quinn inspired dress! This was my own design that I made several years ago. I wore it to one con and never wore it again. Rough estimate of sizing. Bust- 42". Waist- 38" Hips- 48". Give or take. The hips are pretty open when I had worn it but everyone''s body is different. It is made of satin and organza and zips in the back.
