Vintage vanity mirror

Vintage mirror with jewelry drawer made of unknown silver tone metal, has nice patina.
There is a mirror on one side, the other is supposed to be a picture frame but I am unsure on how to insert a picture.
There are no makers marks or labels anymore but I do remember that it had a little sticker that said it was made in Italy.
A similar mirror was sold on Etsi” for $230
