Vintage Three Monkeys See No Evil Hear No Evil Speak No Evil Watch Fob Pendant

An uncommon See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil Watch Fob Pendant depicting three monkeys. One covers his mouth, one his eyes, and one his ears. This image is said to be based on the writings of Confucius.

Dating from the late 1960s, it is fashioned from richly plated gold and set with an "S" shaped turquoise glass cabochon at the base, in the fashion of wax stamps.

The three monkeys are well rendered, with great details.

The pendant measures 1 1/4 inches tall, including the ring on the top. It is 7/8 inch at the widest point, the base. The deepest point is also the base, at 3/8 of an inch.

It is unmarked and in great condition.
