Building is in overall good condition. The only damage noted were a few small chips on the rear base of the building. See photo.

Adapter is included. Lights and sounds were tested and working.

All accessories are present and in good condition except cat is loose from the bench, see photo.

Sleeve has wear and tear including rips to top.
