Scaredy Cat Ferris Wheel from Department 56 Snow Village Halloween. Comes in original packaging. Box has wear. Piece is in beautiful shape. Motion, sound, and lights all work great. You can have just the lights on blinking, or the lights solid and just moving with no sound. Or you can have the sound on and there is a volume control knob. Awesome piece and a must for carnival scenes.
