Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - Windows based 12.3

This listing is for a Surface Pro 4 windows-based tablet. It has been tested and inspected and is in full operating condition. Does not come with a charger. Has a new Windows 11 installation. Unit only shows minor signs of usage. System specs are as follows:

i5-6300U 2.3GHz processor, 256GB SSD, 8GB RAM, 2736 x 1824 touchscreen.

PLEASE NOTE: With many Surface products, the touchscreen will not be recognized by Windows (and not function properly) until a Windows update is run. The touchscreen works in the UEFI/BIOS. Please run the first Windows update before declaring the touchscreen to be non-operational.
