4x Digi TransPort WR21''s

These devices came as part of a larger bundle of electronics. I''m not really sure what they are used for but they seem to sell for quite a bit of money new & used on eBay and other sites. These are being sold AS-IS because I am unsure how to test them. The power lights come on when plugged in and I don''t see any damage anywhere. Power cords and antennas are included.
